Program Manager

The Program Manager provides a strong sense of direction, leadership, and guidance to program staff to ensure the implementation and success of youth, nutrition, and community programs. This position provides hands-on support to staff and day to day program activities. This individual plays an essential role in management and leadership, administration, coordination, communications, program development, evaluation, budgeting, writing, and grant reporting. Nutrition Program Coordinator

The Nutrition Program Coordinator leads nutrition activities for Youth and Community programs at DWH. This individual is responsible for developing and leading youth nutrition lessons and cooking workshops, menu planning, shopping, cooking, community food demonstrations and nutrition-related workshops, and supporting youth programs and grant reporting efforts. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides quality administrative support to the organization across multiple programs at its Minneapolis office and Hugo farm. This individual plays an essential role in facilities administration and operations, supply orders, meeting logistics coordination, communications support, correspondence, data and financial entry, bank deposits, utility maintenance, donor tracking and acknowledgement, and other general administrative duties.
