Development Manager
Over the past 5 years, Dream of Wild Health’s budget has tripled in size with a wide diversity of funding partners from local to national foundations, government grants and contracts, and individual donors. DWH is seeking our first Development Manager to build on this success and strong base of support.
We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in grant writing, tracking, and reporting. This individual will be a key member of the management team, working closely with leadership to set organizational goals and strategic objectives and ensure implementation.

Community Engagement Coordinator
DWH is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator who is responsible for facilitating and coordinating a community engagement strategy for DWH, with a particular focus on building positive relationships with community partners, organizations and service providers. The position works closely with DWH and the Indigenous Food Network (IFN), a program of DWH whose mission is to rebuild sovereign food systems within the intertribal Native community through collaboration.

Farm Distributions Lead (Seasonal)
The primary focus of this role is ensuring successful delivery of DWH products and customer service at the farmers market, and providing leadership in market preparation and set-up, and IFS deliveries. This person will work across multiple DWH programs and support farming operations. They will also support the farm team with field work as their schedule allows.

Farm Distributions Assistant (Seasonal)
DWH is seeking a Farm Distributions Assistant for the 2025 season to help us bring the harvest to the Twin Cities Native community. This position is responsible for staffing the DWH Farmers Market booth along with the Distribution team from Jun-Oct, and will work alongside the farm team to prepare produce for distribution, and support field work at the farm. This individual will attend Farmers Market weekly, including preparation, set-up, staffing, & take-down, as well as provide exceptional customer service and create bountiful displays that attract community members and customers.

Seasonal Farmer
We are seeking Seasonal Farmers for the 2025 season to help us bring the harvest to the Twin Cities Native community. Seasonal Farmers work alongside the farm team to participate in all aspects of farming work, perform farm production field work, grounds maintenance, and work with youth programming in season. Work with the DWH farm team to seed, transplant, care for and harvest vegetable and fruit crops for Indigenous Food Share (IFS) boxes, farmers market, community food distributions & wholesale customers.

Seed Farmer (Seasonal)
We are seeking Seed Farmers for the 2025 growing season to maintain seed varieties and inform the long-term plan for seed initiatives. Seed Farmers are responsible for growing, harvesting and processing in service to the Indigenous seed collection at Dream of Wild Health. The position includes daily oversight of these crops and supporting seed interns day-to-day work and training.

Youth Internship Program Coordinator
The Youth Intern Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and support to Native youth participants of our Internship program. This is an amazing opportunity for an emerging leader to practice guiding, mentoring, and supporting Native youth. Provide a safe, healing, youth-centered approach, exemplifying an uplifting positive attitude, and collaborate ‘as good relatives’ with all DWH Staff to ensure a quality summer experience for all Youth Interns.
