Program Manager

The Program Manager provides a strong sense of direction, leadership, and guidance to program staff to ensure the implementation and success of youth, nutrition, and community programs. This position provides hands-on support to staff and day to day program activities. The Nutrition Program Coordinator leads nutrition activities for Youth and Community programs at DWH. Seed Farmer

Ready to grow as an Indigenous seedkeeper? We’re looking for two seasonal seed farmers interested in deepening their relationship with the land, Native food and lifeways, and our ancestral seeds. Ever since Potawatomi elder Cora Baker gifted us her seed bundle in 2000, seeds have been at the heart of our work at Dream of Wild Health. Help us tend to the seeds, the soil, and the community who depend on our seeds for food and lifeways, while teaching and working alongside Native youth.

Seasonal Farmers work alongside the farm team to support all aspects of DWH farming work, perform farm production field work, grounds maintenance, and work with youth programming in season. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides quality administrative support to the organization across multiple programs at its Minneapolis office and Hugo farm. This individual plays an essential role in facilities administration and operations, supply orders, meeting logistics coordination, communications support, correspondence, data and financial entry, bank deposits, utility maintenance, donor tracking and acknowledgement, and other general administrative duties.

Distribution and Farmers Market Assistant (Part Time, 32 hrs/week)

The Distribution & Farmers Market Assistant is responsible for staffing the DWH Farmers Market booth along with the Distribution Supervisor from June - October, and works alongside the  farm team to prepare produce for distribution.  They will also support the farm team with field work as their schedule allows. We are seeking one seasonal, part-time Distribution & Farmers Market Assistant for the 2024 season to help us bring the harvest to the TC’s Native community.
