Cookbook

For 2012 we've updated our cookbook with even more recipes and artwork! We've included new recipes that the kids love to eat, even though they use fresh vegetables available at our Farmers' Markets! With stories about traditional foods and pictures and quotes that show how gardening has changed the lives of many, this cookbook makes a great gift! Many thanks also to the funders who helped make it possible, especially Blue Cross/Blue Shield, NCR/SARE, the Wallace Center (HUFED). A special thank you to the Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative (EHDI), Mn Dept of Health, for helping print the 2012 updated version. The proceeds from the sale of the cookbook help support our programs.
